to win10. His son [redacted] called to asked for some advice. We charge $100 normally. He ask if I could make some suggestions. [redacted] wanted to do the upgrade himself. . Normally CSA has an annual fee of $65 for support and a one time call fee of $35. His son to called the morning of 6/13/16 to csa to get some help. I ask him if he wanted an annual support or a one time event support for $35. He said one time support and he paid for the $35. I told him what items he needed to use and he said he would try. There was one question I would going to respond later. A couple hours later His Dad ([redacted]) and I explained the answer to the question. Two hours later, the son called back said we have told him the program worked directly in win10 and that I did not return the call. I had given the response to his father. Also, I never said the program would work directly in Win10. It was necessary to set up a virtual xp and run the program in that environment. He disagreed with what I had told and he said since I did not answer him he wanted his money back. He was aggressive and hung up on me before I could resolve anything.  Later, the same day, I refunded the $35 to [redacted]. I left a message at his fathers number that said I had refunded the $35. I also phone that Dad to tell him what had happen. I called the father an additional two times to make sure he knew what had happen and that CSA would help him if he could not get the problem resolved. By coincidence, his dad([redacted])called while I was typing this letter on Jun 16. He said he was going to give his son the weekend to resolve the problem and if he does not, then he will bring is computer here. When I told him what his son had done, he apologized and said he did not bring his son up to act like that. He is sin was a little hot tempered. I thank [redacted] who we have been working with without any problems for over 10 years. He said he would talk with his Son to withdraw his complaints. Since the money was refunded the same day, I will consider the matter to be closed.
