We are truly sorry to hear about this complaint. We agree it's taken longer than planned to complete this project but we have been in constant communication with this customer throughout the processOur office manager, ***, has spoken directly to this customer multiple times.This issue is
due to the manufacturer delaying shipment of of the windowsThe reason for the delay is one of the windows is oversized and took longer than anticipated to shipAs it states in our agreement, Hi tech is not responsible for delays out of its controlUnfortunately, this is one of those rare instances and we apologize.The good news is we finally have this customers windows ready to installWe wil be in touch today to coordinate an install date
