I am taking exception with the rebuttal from Computer Tech Systems I made it abundantly clear to Ms*** that there was very little on each of the disks in questionAnd nothing that reflected what was on my computer that I had meticulously detailed on paper walking the tech on paper
and then on the telephone what exact file I needed that contained my family recipesI work doubles everyday from 7:a.muntil 10:p.mMonday through FridayThis is why my Father: *** *** had to take the computer and drop it off for me and pick it upI communicated over the phone with the computer technician and thought we were on the same page we obviously were notIt was miscommunicationI was not released off doubles until the end of MarchAt that point I had enough time to come up for air and take a breath and address the lack of data on the disksI never said there was nothing on the disks, I said I was shocked on how little was on each diskAnd didn't understand why disks had been usedI had at this point hired someone who was Microsoft Certified off of Thumbtack who traveled to my job and retrieved the family recipes off my hard drive.Ms*** at no point said to me that the Tech could look at my disks and show me where the files where! She wanted to keep my disks! Not review themMs*** was busy raising her voice to me continuouslyOnly getting madder and louderAs she became more upset with me, I became calmerThe more calm I became the more upset she becameIt went back and forth and back and forth with Ms*** pointing at the disks and telling me, "Then what did my technician do back there for hours." I just kept on repeating myself calmly and clearly that the data that needed to be retrieved was not on the disksAt that point she wanted me keep the disksI said noAt this point the owner who my Father has been friends with and worked with for over years and knows who I am walked in and was talking on his phoneI asked Ms***, "Well, isn't that the owner (and I knew it was)?" And her response to me was," He doesn't have time to deal with you!" I said okayI at that point was told that the computer technician when he arrived would give me a callAt no point was I ever told that the owner would call meThe problem that I have with this entire situation was the delivery from the very unprofessional hateful Ms***When I did hear from the computer technician I was talked to like a human beingI explained to him it was refreshing because that was not the way Ms*** talked to meHe apologizedWe discussed the small amount of material saved on disksAnd we did not come to a understanding of what I thought needed to be saved and what he said he understood to be saved. We ag*** to disagree and left it at thatI was told by the computer technician that the owner would call meHe did notWanting to leave my Father out of it completely I made the choice to file the complaint with The Revdex.comI feel I deserved my money backOnly after I filed the complaint did I hear from the owner and was refunded 1/of my money which I ag*** toI was told by the owner that I should have addressed the issue soonerWhich if I still wasn't working doubles even as we speak I would haveI told him that he knew me and that I have been in the hospitality industry for over plus yearsI have never had another job but in the restaurant industry I have two Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts and am a well known and respected Chef in the communityI have never had anyone talk to me like I had that woman Ms*** talk to meI found it appalling at bestI conveyed this to the owner and he said he was sorry to hear thisI don't think he really believed meI received my refund check of 1/of the money I paid and ag*** to thatI think it is sad that Ms*** doesn't know customer service or how to talk to a person like a human beingAs far as I am concerned it is done and over with and I could not recommend this establishment ever in the futureSincerely, Chef *** R***
