If possible the cab#, permit#, license#, type/model/color of the cab you took The day and time you lodged the complaint to dispatch and was it a male or female you spoke with? We have a strict policy here to follow up on complaints from customers. Our dispatchers must follow a process to funnel the complaints to myself so I can follow up on them. I did not receive a complaint in regards to these incidents and eager to find out more about these incidents to resolve these issues with this customer.
