I have three collection entries on my credit report for $from the same doctor I was not aware that these three visits were not covered by my primary insurance until I checked my credit report Once I discovered these items on my credit report I immediately contacted Berks and explained to them how this matter has destroyed my credit I advised Berks that I was willing to pay the outstanding three bills for $each and requested that these items be removed from my credit report The representative that I spoke with was very rude advising me to pay the balance of these bills and that they would update the report to show that the bills were paid but they would not remove the entries I again explain that I had no knowledge that these bills were not covered by my insurance and non-payment was not a fault of mine

Called and spoke to them regarding a bill that was apparently on my credit; as I didn't know about it, and they were extremely rude about itSaid sorry there is nothing we can do about it until it's paid in fullOnce it's paid in full we will have it removed off your creditWell it's been paid in full for months now, and they still haven't removed it off my creditEvery time I try to call and speak to someone, they hang up on meI need this to be taken off my credit as I paid (have the receipt to prove it), and don't need it effecting it anymore since its been on there for years now!!

In I had surgery by *** *** at the *** I never received a bill or follletters requests etc for payment But a recent review of my credit report showed an outstanding balance of dollars of which more than dollars was for late fees etc When I spoke to a phone representative I was informed that every correspondence had been returned When she gave me the address on file, it became clear that they had the wrong information My street address was *** *** on their system Additionally they had the wrong contact phone number which also explains why I was never contacted

I received a credit monitoring alert that Berks Credit & Collections has a medical bill that I was not made aware of that I had in I paid the balance that they showed in the system and informed them that I have not received any billing from *** *** or received any letter with Berks Credit & Collections otherwise I would have either called and disputed the balance at that time or had them verify the balance Furthermore, I requested for them to remove from my credit file as they had incorrect contact information but the fact that I had no knowledge of this accountI was rudely told no by someone named Kirk a “supervisor” and he would not address my complaint besides saying I owed the balance and that you all do not remove invalid information from the credit bureaus which I know you can do I have already disputed with the credit bureaus but because this is incorrect information and I was not made aware I want you all to do your due diligence and remove the paid

I have entries for the same debit on my credit report from *** *** *** ***Both entries show Report Date of June 30, with Open Dates of Dec7, and April 7, I need the April 7, Open Date removed totally because it is duplicateI am also asking *** *** *** *** to grant me the settlement of a total write-off of the outstanding debit (Report Date: Dec 7,2016)

I owed *** *** a total of They referred the bill to Berks collectionOn 1/10/14, I made a payment of On 1/15/I made a payment of Berks collection continues to claim I owe I have sent them the receipts of payment as they have requestedThey still continue to carry this balance on my credit report

This collector is listing me as having an open debt with themI have paid this amount in full with the original Doctor's office that billed meThis agency needs to stop reporting this as a debt

I was notified by the credit bureau that Berks Credit & Collection has placed a “Derogatory Notice” on my credit profile without prior noticeThat affected my overall credit rating score
I have never been notified by Berks Credit & Collections Incabout any outstanding debtAs soon as I have learned about it, I called the Berks Credit office and I was told that I owe $for a medical bill
I offered to pay the amount immediately, despite the fact that I have not received any notification or verification that I owe this amountI asked for the “Derogatory Notice” to be deleted from my profile
Company’s representative refused to do it and hang up the phone on me
I ended up speaking with two other representatives who were not helpful as well
The amount of $that I allegedly owe, I paid on-line the same day of the inquiry

This company has a $collections charge on my credit reportI have no idea what this charge is forI reached out to the company to get more information about the charge, to no avail

I settled a disputed collection in full over a year ago and Berks continues to report it monthly as open Both the Doctors office that hired them and me have been unsuccessful in getting them to respond

If I could give them ZERO stars I wouldKevin F*r (manager) is terrible and whatever lady I spoke to before him was even worseShe had the nerve to ask me why I had chosen to pay the original creditor rather than pay themI told her it was none of her business and she told me very rudely that my debt was from 2015, which I was well aware ofLuckily our doctor's office are a bunch of rock stars and they called Berks and ripped them a new oneIt's pretty easy to see why they have a F with the Revdex.comSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE Also as a side note, I have never been treated like this by anybody in my entire life
