I was really in a pinch because my mother board went out on my computer and I work from home. Reggie removes my files and put them on a flash drive and gave me suggestions for a new computer and the equipment I needed. I was back up and rolling in no time. Great job Reggie. I highly recommend his work.
The service this technician provided was above and beyond, he helped with absolutely any concerns I had over my laptop's repair process.
Service was in a timely manner and MUCH cheaper than many other places I was looking into in the Indianapolis area. I was ready to buy a new PC until the technician Reggie provided the support I was looking for!
As for my laptop's issue, it was constantly rebooting itself stuck in a loop. If you share my previous problem or deal with any other issue preferably software issue, i'd highly recommend this place of service!
