I understand what he is saying and his other choice for a rebuilt was about $more than I could have gotten from Aamco here in Atlanta I was grossly overt charged and my problem is not that these transmissions have failed but that they have NOT provided a replacement of the failed trans in over weeks, that is what my problem is!!!!!!! What don't they understand about that???? What is their answer to that, where is the customer service? Also what is their answer to why when I call them to find out what is happening with the replacement they will not even answer the phone? That is good customer serviceI don't care whether this was the good solution or not but when you pay $you would think that should buy you something Also they did not advise me against it, they only offered alternatives Regards, [redacted]

Why should that be my problem, let them refund you and buy somewhere else. Do you really think weeks is reasonable, this is not like the car has a problem you just can't find, this is just a case of not being able to supply what you sold me. For $this should not be my problem. You folks from Revdex.com think this is reasonable? Let them refund you and give Mitch in Doraville $and he will provide a rebuilt and you still make money!!!!! Kind of. You tell me; time to find a lawyer?

The customer continued to request a refund, when he called me and requested this again, I told him at this point he should probably take it to a Nissan dealer to see if it was something other than the OEM sensor that we replaced that would be warranty, or something we missed, I never heard back from the customer to see what the outcome was

customer chose the used option to save a few dollars against our advice. this is exactly why we don't recommend used. most of the time it works out, but when it doesn't this is the problem we run into.sorry you had this experience

Mr*** claims of transmission leak after service could not be confirmed by us. He had transmission in a Chevrolet truck resealed by us because it was leaking.He returned vehicle twice with claims of major transmission leaks that left a large puddle of fluid on his gravelHe
provided a picture of a wet spot on gravel, inconclusive.On each return visit we checked transmission fluid to find no change in levelUpon his insistence that we keep vehicle for as long as we needed to find leak we did keep it forlong periods as stated with white paper under car. No transmission fluid was observed on paper, oil and Freon were noted and brought to his attention.Randy S***, Owner

To whom it may concern:Mr***r brought his Nissan Versa with 49,miles to our Mandeville location on 7/19/with a "check engine light on"We scanned the Engine control module and found code P002AAfter performing more detailed diagnostics we determined that the Air fuel ration
sensor was reading incorrectly and causing the failureWe replaced the sensor with a OEM replacement part from Nissan as authorized by Mr***rThis repair has a month or 12,mile warranty. Mr***r returned on August 22, with the "check engine light on again"We scanned it and again found code P002AWe cleared the light and relearned the adaptive values again at no charge to the customer and the vehicle leftOur manager, Steve Ziegler, told Mr***r to keep an eye on the light and let him know if he had further problems.The vehicle returned again on August 25,with the "check engine light " on and the same codeAt this point we replaced the sensor under warranty at no charge.*** *** returned on September 23,with the "check engine light " on againHe was very upset at this point, which is understandable, and requested a refundOur Manager, Steve Z*** talked to him and advised him at this point we would like to keep the vehicle and consult with NissanMr***r agreed and was provided with Courtesy TransportationWe scanned the system and again found code P002AWe were instructed by Nissan to buff all vehicle grounds and check resistanceAll tested goodWe were also told to check for updates to the Engine Control Module, but none were availableWe were also told that these sensors were very sensitive and could require another replacementAt this point the customer decided that HE did not want any more service at our facility, even though he was provided with transportationHe insisted on picking up his vehicle before we were able to try another sensorWe were willing to do whatever it took to resolve this issue regardless of the time we had invested, so our customers vehicle would have been repaired properly Thank you Randy ***, Owner

a check engine light is only a reference to the system that is affected. It is not a definitive pinpoint to the a specific component.I recommend that you take your automobile to dealer to resolve your issue

spoke with *** today and have a remanufactured unit delivered to georgiaher states that he is happy with this

Since they REFUSED to honor the warranty and did NOT fix the problem, I still feel I'm due a refund.
