Good morning ***, I have read the customer’s complaint. It seems that the main issue that the customer has with his transaction is that he had to pay the brokerage fees that *** charges. I regret that his experience with our company has been tarnished by the fact that he was unaware that *** charged duties and taxes on all packages being shipped from the Unites States to Canada. We do have all of information posted directly on our web site, including the statement that the customer is responsible for the payment of duties and taxes. I believe the customer would have had a much more satisfactory experience if he had chosen USPS as the shipping method instead of choosing ***. The package has been returned to us, and have already refunded the customer for the merchandise. He was refunded on December 11, 2014. They should inform customers very clear that on top of the shipping fee for ***, will be another “enormous” fee for brokerage charged again by *** for Canadian customers.Usually for Canadian customers to receive a pack from US should be charged only HST, but in my case the product was $US and
