Dear Ms***,
Thank you for the opportunity to
respond to this complaint by a client
The complainant states that he purchased a domain and webhosting that was supposed to be titled in his nameThis is not Computers N' Stuff's default policyOur policy is to title new websites in our owner's nameSpecifically my name, to prevent spam mail being sent to the clientI am happy to furnish multiple other client's WHOIS information from Godaddy.com to show that what I say is in fact trueThe site was built using the popular wordpress platform and the complainant was given his WORDPRESS administrator credentialsThe complainant purchased hosting from computers n' stuff and as such was NEVER given a webhost logon credentialPart of Computers N' Stuff's standard contract is that included in his annual webhosting price computers n stuff will handle any and all hosting requests (IE creations of subdomains and email addresses but no content generation) as part of that annual feeWhen he requested that he be given his domain logon rights he was informed on October 7th via e-mail directed to both the complainant and my attorney that he must submit information (including his physical mailing address) so that the domain and website could be transferred over to his nameon October 17th it was found that the complainant had taken possession of his website files and created a new domainIt was determined via Godaddy's WHOIS service that this domain was purchased on October 6'As such Computers N' Stuff felt it was no longer our responsibility to host the complainant's traffic and as such terminated both the domains (Again, written proof is available) and the web hostingFurthermore the complainant was served a breach of contract notification on October 7thIt is our belief that the complainant intentionally registered his new domain on October 6th with the intent of breaching contract on October 7thAnd has since attempted to coerce, threaten, bully, and intimidate computers n stuff to giving him property and/or services that he is no longer entitled toIt is our belief that the complainant has taken to contacting CNS' owners' personal friends on Facebook and via text message and in person to defame and slander the business (Proof is available)The complainant agreed to a verbal contract where all CNS cellular business would be sent to his company and all of his computer business would be sent to CNSIt was found that he failed to adhere to this agreement, and when confronted started falsifying statements and saying that he's never had a single product that was fixed properlyWhen one of his employees was asked if the products he received from CNS' were defective the employee stated that they haven't had a single problem with any device that CNS had worked on
The complainant advises that we cost him money because he had to rebuild his site, it is our knowledge that the site was up and running BEFORE we terminated his hosting
At the present time there is pending legal litigation against the complainant for breach of contract and it is my belief that he has filed this complaint to defame my business's nameWe have written proof of statements made by the complainant stating that if we didn't give him services he was no longer entitled to (Web hosting, since he breached the verbal contract which included CNS handling his website, he was no longer entitled to hosting) he was going to make sure that every company in the world knew how "shady" computers N' Stuff was

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
99% of what he stated is not trueFor one, I requested my site, I furnished all info required, and I paid for the service via prepayThere was never any slander, I spoke with his attorney and his case is voidThere was never any form of written or verbal contract between myself and his business other than him building a websiteI have never slandered his busibess yet in an email he threatened mine, the next day he took down the hosting and such in attempts to erase the evidenceI have all emails from the hosted server backed up on physical driveThere are no legal pending litigations because as I stated before, his attorney and I spoke directly about the fact he has no legal case because I've done nothing wrongThis busibess seems to have a high drive to befriend other businesses and claim partnerships and once detected, try to Perdue all actions to take them over or hurt themIt's nit professional and at the end of the day, I paid for a service and product, and wether or not we do business ever again, my product is still mineNo legit website building service should ever title another businesses domain or hosting in their own personal nameIt would be like buying a car from a lot and they hold the title and after you find a hidden issue they repo itThat's illegal and immoralAnd that's exactly what's happened hereOnly it's not a car, it's a website, domain, and hosting that I paid in full for and has since been tepid buy the seller due to personal differences.
Regards,
