Computers Repaired While U Wait

Review: I toke my laptop in for repair in December of 2013 because it would not come on load or work the guy that repaired called me after a few days of having it and told me that it need a new a hard drive and it will be around 300.00 dollars to fix it this would be for the hard drive new software and labor. I told him I didn't want to spend that kind of money for a repair he offered to me a used laptop and he would only charge me 75.00 for the repair I said fine I can do that he said when I picked it up on Jan 5 2014 that it was fixed and working and that it had a 30 day warranty on the work that was done and if I had any problems then bring it back they will take care of it so I did that on the 24 of January I toke it back and a different guy said I had a bad hard drive he told the use one that is co-worker put was no good and I would have to pay for a new one and pay for new software to be loaded and that would be 175.00 dollars this put me back to where we was a few weeks ago when I first went their I asked why the extra charge and he said because he gave me the hard drive its not under warranty but the other guy said it was I told him he said fix it because all the repairs is covered I ask to speak to the manager and he said there is no manager just the owner so I asked for the owner they gave me a number to the other location where they said the owner was I called their many times to be told she was not in at the time she will be her later call back in a hour they told me I will have her call you never happen. So Saturday the January 25 2014 I went back and asked the repair guy to called her and he said she was busy getting parts she not talking so I ask please call her back he texted and she call he told her what my issue was he refused to let me talk with he told me I would have to pay so I asked him to let me talk to her and he said no and said she will call you but she never did.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because the computer is not fixed and they want me to pay for what was under the 30 day warranty. I told them from the start I didn't have the kind of money the repair guy offered the hard drive ad said the total repair was covered. I toke a hard drive up their and they still said I would have to pay for the install of the hard drive. I spoke with a customer named [redacted]e he said the service their is bad this was is 3rd trip for the same thing his number is 2xxx-xx-xxxx

This matter is still being handled with the customer at this time. The customer has been advised that the Hard Drive Repair service costs $109.00 and comes with a brand new hard drive and a warranty. We do not offer a service of giving away new or used hard drives so we would not be able to assist him on that particular point.

I got my laptop repaired here yesterday. I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. It was super slow with all kinds of junk on it. I liked that they could explain what happened and they did not talk down to me. They are nice people to deal with. And they did not have to erase all my stuff like other places do. I recommend them.
