I traded in an extremely expensive laptop, and paid cash for a gaming PC for my son at this location. It has never worked correctly, and we continue to have problems with it. Additionally, I have a brain injury and forgot an SD card in the laptop. Unfortunately, it was much later when I realized it. This company never called me to advise me of this mistake. I have been told since then that, given the specs for the tower, I should have paid 400.00 max. Being a disabled, single mom I am horrified that a local business, who pretends to care about community, would do this to someone. He should be ashamed of himself.
