plan agreement with [redacted] the fees for Selling shares are either a $15.00 fee for a Batch Order Sale or a $25.00 fee for a Market Order Sale. Additionally, there is a processing fee of $0.12 per share. If the shares are sold on the phone with a representative, there is an additional charge of $15,00. Please note that the sale option fees and the representative fee is a one-time fee and is not charged per share.Our records indicate that 20 shares were initially issued to the holders on June 5, 1981 under Certificate number [redacted]. The 20 shares in book entry form were credited to the account as the result of a stock split in 2006. The book entry shares were transferred to a broker on August 9, 2017. If a holder wants to sell or transfer the certificated shares, the original stock certificate Would need to be submitted. If the holder is unable to locate the shares, the lost shares Would need to be replaced. Under Such circumstances, the replacement process begins with the holder advising us of the loss, and our placing a stop on the noted certificates within one business day. We then provide the holder with instructions concerning how to replace shares. This requires the posting of a surety bond at the holder's expense. The fee for replacing the lost shares is a $50.00 processing fee and three percent of the total market value of the shares for the cost of an indemnity bond to replace the certificated shares. On August 1, 2017, the 20 shares held by certificate number [redacted] were reported as lost.
