After going through 2 different IT companies to setup our new office located in California, (both of which failed to even come close to the service I finally received from [redacted] at computer wild), we were given excuses after excuses, each one worse than the last. After a business associate recommended computer wild, I figured what did I have to lose. To my surprise I was called back immediately after leaving a message on voice mail at around 8:00pm. He understood our situation, and the next day was at our office with [redacted] to help us connect our two offices. By Monday afternoon we were online with the remote office and everything worked better than I even expected. I asked him for a service contract which included a monthly plan so I could just relax about all this. I stressed out for weeks dealing with these other companies and then computer wild comes along and in 2 days were all fixed up and running? I feel like an it for going through what I went through with the others. But live and learn, THANKS [redacted] & [redacted] !
