It is truly fantastic and easy It is fast and convenient!

We apologise for whatever inconvenience the client has faced but we would like to reiterate that cards getting declined, reauthorising them from the bank happens all the time when you do shopping onlineA credit
card that the customer uses is not something that we as a company can controlThe rep with our company was only trying to help the client with getting the transaction approved for the service that the client was trying to purchaseAll said and done we have issued a full refund to the client for $300, the refund should reflect within to business days

We have thoroughly gone through the complaint and also went through recordings of the conversationAccording to our investigation the rep that answered his phone call catered to all the questions he had with patience and fixed his pcWe also have signed documents from the customer
agreeing that he was satisfied with the serviceMay be its just an afterthought and experience he had with the previous company he dealt with, he probably got confusedAs the customer is not happy we have initiated a refund of full amount(300)We wish him all the best and contact us on *** if he ever needs any help in future

its very goods

positive and successful

Very good service from computweak team, they fixed my all problem .

positive

I am rejecting this response because:1.      There were two techs that I spoke with at CompuTweak2.      The first one accepted my phone call and I explained why I was calling. The number that I called Was found in my Cox Web mail from settings and said if I wanted to find out who had complained about me to call their number.  The tech said someone got into my pc and Hacked my pc. So he said after they remove the virus, to remove and change all of my passwords and I agreed to do that plus pay them $300.The tech who removed the virus in my pc, told me do not change your passwords and do not let your local tech get into my pc or change anything. This did not sound legitimate to me as he was working on my pc and finishing. So I closed my pc.3.      I believe the next day I found in my Outlook email the note CompuTweak sent to me looking like from my Cox webmail that I agreed to the service and was totally pleased. Then the second email from my Cox webmail showing my signature authorizing payment which was not my signature, and was told to respond to both emails agreeing to their request.   I did not do that, as I felt like the 2nd tech was using Identity Theft using my email from Cox, which is cyber stalking.  The $300. Charge was then Fraud in my opinion because their phone # was in my Cox email.4.      So how did their phone # get into my Cox webmail?  Was it from Fix My Pc or San Remo Software?  Or does CompuTweak have a business relationship with either one?5.       I removed the CompuTweak program from my Windows Program and startedLooking for their footprints. I called my local tech who was out of town but would come when he came back. [redacted] did come two times removing their footprints and I changed my passwords.6.      A few days later CompuTweak got into my pc and put in his program footprints
With a lock on it.  It took me 2 days but I figured out their footprints were still in
there.  In my opinion, this is cyber hacking. I had [redacted] come back again to remove footprints.

I am awaiting an answer from California Attorney General for the answers to
Identity Theft, Fraud, cyber stalking and cyber hacking.
7.      CompuTweak needs to answer the questions above so I will have the answers from
The California AGs office, whether they believe this is criminal action or bad business
Practice.
I am requesting that Revdex.com of NE California send to their AG office.  If they are
Not able to, I will.[redacted]

It is truly fantastic and easy. It is fast and convenient!

+1

THIS TECH .SUPPORT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AT HELPING ME .

Review: I feel like I was a victim of high-pressure sales. My computer screen came up with a message that my system was being hacked and had a phone# to call. Then this person got into my computer and proceeded to show me a whole string of attempts that I now think could have been fake.

He started telling me that my current security did not cover this sort of hacking, which I seriously doubt is the truth. When I mentioned calling them, he told me they would charge me over $500 to sell me the same thing as they could provide for only $300. When my [redacted] rejected the charge, he insisted on calling them as a conference call from his phone. We got that straightened out and the charge went through.

Now that I think about it, I feel like I've been duped.

Please check into this and advise what can be done.

Thank YouDesired Settlement: I would like them to credit my charge and take my name and number off their list of clients.
