Owner of the store is refusing to tell me what's wrong with my laptopI dropped it off for repair weeks ago, and the gentleman stated the would be a "check up fee" of $60, on top of the repairsI was okay with that and left with the expectations that my repairs would start and he would contact me with the problems I was experiecingweeks later I followed up myself by placing a call to his store, in which I now know nothing has been done with my laptop, and when I asked him what the problem was he wouldnt tell meI asked him to please repair the laptop and I would come in to take care of the bill once it is finishedHis response was no, not until I come pay the "check up fee" up front in cashWhen I asked if he knew what was wrong he would not tell meJust that I have to come pay him before he will repair my laptop fullyI have requested and re-assured him that I need this laptop and have n plans to leave it there fixed and not come to get itHe belives I will stiff him for
