Review: An ad from Voice Five that was unsolicited appeared on my internet email screen with an option to Opt Out or Close the ad. Neither of which worked. No matter how I "clicked" on the ad it would NOT close. I am compelled to provide information to Voice Five in order to have the ad close. This I refuse to do.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me

Review: Relevant Knowledge is self installing without any visible download or authorization. I do not do surveys on my desktop and did not install any software or programs on the day it installed. It is self installing in stealth mode from web pages which is viral behavior.Desired Settlement: Fix your software and stop it's unwanted unauthorized viral behavior.

Our software is only installed when a user consents to its installation. We have technology in place that verifies the consent.

The respondent can end their use of our software by following these directions:

Metro Mode - Windows 8

1. Right click on the "RelevantKnowledge" tile.

2. Select "Uninstall" from the menu presented at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select RelevantKnowledge and click on "Uninstall".

4. Reboot the machine to complete the uninstall process.

Desktop Mode - Windows 8

1. Open windows explorer and search for "control panel".

2. In the control panel, select "Uninstall Programs".

3. Select "RelevantKnowledge", and click on "Uninstall".

4. Reboot the machine to complete the uninstall process.

All other Windows-based PCs

1. Go to your Start menu in the lower left hand corner of computer screen.

2. In the menu select Settings then Control Panel (Select "Control Panel" only for Vista & Windows 7).

3. Under the Control Panel menu, find and select the icon for "add/Remove Programs" (or "Programs and Features" in Vista and "Programs" in Windows 7).

4. Locate RelevantKnowledge from the auto populated list of software currently installed on your computer. Highlight RelevantKnowledge and then hit Remove (or "uninstall" in Vista and Windows 7).

5. A prompt will ask you to confirm you want to remove RelevantKnowledge.

I am rejecting this response because:

I know 100% for a fact I never got the required approval/install box. I know exactly when the software was installed on my computer and I have not installed any other software for nearly 30 days, so there is no possibility of it having come in with something else. Someone has hijacked & altered the software to allow it to self install in stealth mode. I am not accusing your company of doing this, rather alerting you to a situation where your software is being misused maliciously without your companies consent.

Review: This online survey company completely FAILS to pay its members anything for the time they invest in answering surveys. NOT acceptable.Desired Settlement: Payment for their members' time is required! Our time is NOT free and they act like it is. They need to start paying us or get out of the survey business. I have taken several surveys and have not been compensated in any way. I expect payment, in cash, immediately.

I am rejecting this response because: Sweepstakes are NOT a valid form of payment. This company doesn't even offer points(that I have seen anywhere) so including it their reply was unwarranted. This company doesn't pay ANYTHING for its members' time and they need to start doing so. NO ONE wants sweepstakes because NO ONE EVER WINS! Pay cash, or points that can be converted to cash via check or [redacted] or get out of the survey game. They are treating their members' time as something they can get for free and that's not the case. Pay up PROPERLY. NO sweepstakes!
