Terrible terrible terribleThere is a guy named Robert that works as customer service and is flat our rude, disrespectful, and flat out liarHe sells products on ebay under the name bestpricebestservice and has all its negative post removedThe ones that remain say all there electronics they sell are cheap and I can agreeI had to return mine as wellStay away from this place!! They sell crap on ebay and fight you tooth and nail of you try to return itThan belittle you for returning itRobert has no buinsess dealing with the public

*** replied regarding my Complaint with Comsis/*** on March 5thThe response *** submitted to the Revdex.com confirms Comsis response is falseThe statements told to and made by Yusuf Yildiz is and incorrect on many levels and below review my response to each statement he made, it states as follows,
“ Mrs*** called us SCREAMING and CUSSING at us telling us that we were thieves and that she was demanding her money back“
Mrs*** DID NOT scream and curse at anyone on the phone, when *** phoned back after hanging up on Mrs***, when she stated she wanted a refund, *** only overheard Mrs*** speaking to me, and she was refusing to speak with the same person who just hung up on her, and that is not cursing at a Comsis employee, my wife informed *** of this as well Comsis Management never reached out to us regarding our conversation with the employee, or to resolve the issue at hand, which is odd for a manager not to speak to the customer himself if there were such conflict
“If the wrong item was sent, as can sometimes (although rarely) can happen at a very busy warehouse, we are willing to replace it”
The wrong Item was indeed sent, and it is now almost two months without Comsis even attempting to reach out to us and return our money, and even after *** informed them of our complaint with a documented report to the Revdex.com, Comsis ignored the fact they are holding a customer’s moneyReplacing the item is out of the questionI will not approve and purchases after such treatment and delay to resolve.
We hung up and called the telephone number listed on the purchase for MR *** ***, who answered his cellphone and was a lot politer and calmer than his wifeWe explained that we would issue a replacement shipment as soon as the item that was sent in error was shipped back
During this time I was not aware an employee hung up on my wife, if so I would have asked to speak with a manager immediately, yet I was told the call dropped when I answeredAfter the call my wife gave me the details of the call, and as they stated Comsis “WE HUNG UP” I never received the shipping label to ship the toy backAs stated several times in my email to ***
We even offered to send a label they could print so that shipping would cost them nothing.
Not only have they not accepted this offer but they have refused to supply us with any proof that it was a wrong item shippedIt is easy to go online and see our products but it is very hard for a mof a sauna and helicopter in the warehouse

(Going forward, our records show that the vendor had responded to Mrand Ms*** complaint on February 24, by stating "I have attached two images of the return labelSometimes people's computers will not open one or it will not be clear)Once again statements, Comsis told *** the label was sent, but sometimes the customers program may not open or it may not print clearly, and now Comsis wrote to the Revdex.com we refused it, which statement is the truth? A label was never refused, it was stated we will send the helicopter back once we have our refundI personally gave a complete detailed description of the toy
If they return the wrong item at our expense we are willing to send them the right item if they can prove their claim
I have the Fed Ex delivery tag, which was placed on my door and the package label with the weight of the toy, and it is nowhere near the weight of the saunaI have documented paper trail to prove on oath I’m speaking the truthWe would not go to such extreme measures for a toy! The sauna was ordered for a medical reason, it is awful during a difficult time we have to fight this battle as well, and a toy could never satisfy the needDo not insult us, you have $of our money and sent us a toy helicopter, and you are incinerating we want your toy? We could purchase many toy helicopters with $

Hello,The customer did not contact us at all. We could not find any e-mail or voice message in our system.However, after we receive this complaint through your system, We contacted the customer and issued a full refund.Thanks

I had to return mine as well. Stay away from this place!! They sell crap on ebay and fight you tooth and nail of you try to return it. Than belittle you for returning it. Robert has no buinsess dealing with the public.

Please ship the item back either with the label we emailed or yourself for us to be able to send you a replacement or a refund
