Perry location is pocketing moneyIve recently moved to a new location and everyone knows that in order to move with comsouth service you have to pay past bills up-to-date in order for them to transfer your serviceI get a call from Comsouth and they say my service is getting disconnected so Im mad and asking why when I havent been in my new location not even a monthI called to ask whats going on and they tell me I was mths behind at first(red flag)Giving me and one explanationsWhen I paid half online and I paid the other half in cash when I took the lady my leaseNot only that when I called the lady who handled my case said that her name was*** but when I called the supervisor she said she dont have anybody who work there who name is *** (red flag)So they put me thru another manager and she said there is nothing that they can do without a receiptWell she never gave me oneI thought when she handed me my lease papers back my receipt was includedAlso tell me this if I was that much behind how did yall allow my service to be transferedWhoever *** is she pocketed my moneyIve been on the phone with them for two days and they still singing me the same tuneSo basically they got my money and told me im stuck with a dollar bill plus a reconnect fee when I just moved to a new locationTell me when Comsouth started giving out extensionsThey haventThis is the worst service ever speaking on Perry locationI would of gave her the money if she really needed itI tell you this honey everything you do in the dark will come to the lightBut I will not pay yall another dollars because of yall mistake
