I am answering this complaint that occurred on or about 10/24/The customer (*** ***) had come into my cleaners with a request to have a zipper repaired/replaced for a *** Jacket when *** had the first presented the jacket to me I had explained that the job of replacing the zipper is
sometimes more expensive than the worth of the garmentWhat I then explained is we sometimes try to repair rather than replace in order to keep cost downI then explained that we sometimes have to order the zippers by mail which takes a little timeI explained I would call her to try back in about a weekWhen *** picked up the Jacket from us she had realized that my tailor had only repaired the zipperThe cost was only eight dollars as opposed to to She was very to the point of yelling, I explained that I repaired the zipper and told her to try it out for a bit and it may have done the trick*** refused to accept the jacket as a repair she left the jacket on its hanger under the poly that I supplied hanging inside my storeWhen she finally contacted me the following Monday morning, she began the conversation very hostileI explained to her that I tried and successfully repaired the zipper and saved her moneyShe refused to listen and again became hostile and begin demanding and yelling at meAt that point I told her I would be willing to work with her to resolve the issue but decided to not go any further with the conversation because of her abusive behaviorI then had asked her to come and pick the jacket up*** showed up yelling and making a sceneI handed over the jacket to her she left the cleaners briefly then returned telling me I broke the zipperI told her that I wouldn't have done what she accused me of doing

Please add your rejection comments below.The letter I received is very false. The owner was never present when I originally picked up the jacket on Friday and paid for it. I was not upset or making a scene. I left happy the jacket was done or so I thought. I didn't notice until later that weekend it was not done right. When I called. I spoke to the same girl I picked it up from. My son was even with me and she gave me a slip. When I was told not so nicely to pick up my son's coat Monday morning after my phone conversation with the owner who was the one yelling and swearing at me, I felt unsafe to go in there so I recorded myself picking up the coat. So I do have the proof that I did not enter yelling and making a scene. I am not surprised he made up so many lies. He is the same man who destroyed a child's coat so he had nothing to wear this winter.
