On June 9, 2014 I placed an order for 20 cards. On June 14th I received 18 cards - 17 cards that I had ordered plus one card that I did not order that was shipped in place of a card I did order.I sent an email to Comstock advising of the error/omission. I quickly received a response indicating " I am not sure why they were not shipped as I am pretty sure we had everything. I had a new warehouse person this past week. If I cannot ship them, I will credit your account."After not receiving either the correct cards or a credit I sent another email on September 17th to find out the status. On that same day I received this response: "So sorrythis must have also slip thru the cracks on my end.I will get the sent today."On 10/13 I sent another email asking for an update. I received no response. On 10/23 I sent another request for an update. I received no response. I have since left two phone messages, the last one on 11/14 and have received no response.Product_Or_Service: various greeting cardsOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want a credit applied to my credit card account or a check for $6.12 to cover: 1. the amount I paid for the two cards I ordered and did not recieve - [redacted] ($2.25) and [redacted] ($2.96) and,2) the amount I paid for card [redacted] ($2.95) where card [redacted] was shipped instead.Total for the three cards was $8.16 but I received a 25% discount on the entire order so the amount due back to me is $6.12. Business Response ComtockMarketPlace has already sent replacement cards (much more than what was ordered) to [redacted] on 11/17/14. The package was sent via [redacted] Priority Mail - tracking number [redacted] and should be arriving in 2 days. If the customer still would like a $6.12 credit to his card after he has received his replacement cards - we would be happy to do so AFTER he returned ALL the cards he has received previously.We apologize for the lengthy delay and hope that the package will meet his approval.Comstock

I am a freelance card designer. Comstock cards used several of my images on their website without my permission and WITHOUT PAYING ME! When I engaged them they put up quite the charade. They delayed for weeks... even provided a check number. However no payment was ever received.I've made many attempts to contact them via phone and email.... they simply ignore my correspondences.I have not been paid for the card ideas they 'stole'.Desired SettlementI would like to be paid for the greeting cards I designed, that they used on their website without permission or payment to me. Business Response A Check is being sent via [redacted] on Thursday, January 23 for any outstanding payments due. since no bill has been received - Comstock will go by what is currently on our books. A confirmation number of this payment will be sent as the check payment is set up tomorrow - 1/22 - along with an estimated release date. [redacted] should have his funds within a couple of days after that (or however long it take [redacted] to send the payment).Sincerely,Comstock MgmtFinal Consumer Response At no time over the years has Comstock ever requested I supply an invoice. The first time they ever mentioned an invoice was in response to this complaint, when I originally saw my images on their website (in August 2013). I received an email from [redacted] today requesting an invoice. I replied to her email with a note that contained the invoice for $1000.00. When I tried to send it, I got a failure notice.... So I attempted to send it to each of the email addresses from their site. All of those came back as Failed as well.... So I then sent the note including the invoice from another of my email addresses, and it went through. I am asking [redacted] to please forward the note containing the invoice to [redacted] to ensure it arrives safely and can be acted upon. [redacted]Final Business Response Here is a copy of the automatic bill payment I have set to pay the bill as requested. I have requested several times for an invoice from [redacted] and he had yet to send one. He has again sent me an email and I again requested the information. No invoice for his work was ever received.If you have any other questions, please let me know. First check should be there on 2.14.14.[redacted]
