would give zero stars if able. ordered from their website in June , shipping noted to be 1 week. It was delayed and still never arrived. had to email their support services stating ti would arrive mid july. stull didnt arrive. By August, I requested a refund and they told me it was being "processed". 3 months later do not have my order nor my refund and customer service has stopped responding to my requests.

Knowledgeable and prompt. the agent took my order. the guys were prompt enough to tell me the right bounce house for my kid and the blower that went with it. took the order. The order was shipped the next day. my kid got his bounce house in 4 days. much before his birthday. he has started playing on it. thanks.

I got my bed today. I had ordered a homey design bed with nightstand, dresser and mirror. It was very well packaged. The guys who delivered were super nice. They were kind enough to wait for me until came back home. They waited until I checked all the pieces. Since I'm a single mother with two little ones, there was no way I could bring it in and set up. I paid the delivery guys few extra bucks and they set up everything for me and removed the debris. The service was good that I could not stop thanking them and Comstrom for prompt delivery of my furniture. Highly Recommended.

I placed order from Comstrom on June 16th, 2020 for *** for $221.09. The item listed as 'in stock'. I received a confirmation email stating that I will receive another message once it's shipped. June 23rd I contacted Comstrom in regard to the status of my order. They quickly responded back to my email and stated it will be shipped out on July 05, 2020. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The 5th falls on Sunday. I did not hear anything from them. I contacted Comstrom for the third time on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020. I requested to cancel and a refund. They clearly do not have this item in stock. It does not take two weeks to just ship an item out. Not only that but they charge you before it's actually shipped. I requested a refund and I have heard nothing from the. Not only is this a waste of my time. I lost out on my production. Comstrom is a joke. By far the worst eCommerce store I ever came across.

I had a positive experience. My dumbbells arrived in 2 weeks. That's pretty good during COVID times. I was initially skeptical about reading some of the negative reviews. Proper communication about the order and tracking. Good experience overall. I hope my experience helps other buyers too. The only reason I'm writing a review is that I want buyers to get the real story and not just the negative ones.

I ordered a *** from Comstrom back in April 7, 2020. The company withdrew *** on April 8. The order form said there was a 1-2 week shipping delay due to COVID.

I emailed them on April 11 asking when my order would ship, they replied to my email on April 14 saying it was on back order until May 15.

On May 16, I still didn’t have any order updates so I emailed them asking again, what was the issue and when the order would ship. No answer. I called the company and they gave me a *** date of June/July. By then I’d started looking for alternatives on amazon and other trusted retailers.

By June 10 I had not received a single order update so I emailed AND called customer support to request an order cancellation. The person on the phone said it would be a couple days before I saw the money back in my account, and they sent me an email stating that my cancellation request had been submitted and that I’d receive an email letting me know when the cancellation was confirmed.

Today is June 29 and I have not received such email. I’ve also checked my *** and *** looking for a refund, and I haven’t received my money back.

Purchased a hottub from the website even spoke to a guy named Paul who completed the order. The order didn’t ship right away so we called to cancel it and Paul said he can’t cancel it but when it arrives to refuse delivery and once it gets back to the warehouse we will get a FULL REFUND !! That was a LIE !! This company kept $226.10 !!!! The customer service is horrible the guy named Rick likes to talk in circles and not answer questions and a guy named Sam wouldn’t help he just kept transferring the call to Rick !! Horrible Company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

I ordered an item back in March. Every time I checked, they said it would be sent the next month and the next. I asked for a refund and they said they were sending it in a few days. A few days after the day they said they would send it, it still hadn't been sent. I contacted them again and they said they would process my refund. Two weeks later and two unanswered email later, no refund and no reply. Do not order from them unless you want to pay for something you will never get. I wish I could give less than one star.

On April 27, 2020 I placed an order through Comstrom, understanding there would be delivery delays.

It is now June 10, and I have still not received my order. The company has responded to multiple requests for a refund, constantly telling me that either my shipment or a refund was on the way. They last confirmed that my refund was being processed May 27.

I reached out yesterday for an update, *** I don’t hear back from them

Items listed as in stock. You purchase the item and a week and a half later they tell you that it is out of stock. You request your money back and takes them like a week to fulfill the cancelation, plus, 3 to 5 business days that it will take for your money to show up in your bank account. In a nutshell they work with your money for a while month. Stay away from this poorly run company

I placed an order on April, 15th.
They accepted my order, charged my credit card and sent an e-mail telling me the would delay 15 days.
After 20 days they didn't sent my order.
I am trying to cancel this order and after several e-mails got no response and no refund.
Terrible customer service
Do not trust them
