In regards to the coverage at hand, the insured policy was established in 2013 to auto-renew by automatic withdraw at the end of the policy periodUnfortunately due to two failed payment attempts, 12/11/and 12/13/2015, the policy was canceled. We have record of
communication to show that on 10/29/and 11/28/2015 a mailed Renewal Notice was sent to last known address on the policyAddress: *** ** *** *** *** ** ***. As mentioned in my original report, I am still awaiting the response from the adjuster, *** *** I verified my email address and have still to receive the above mentioned email from her
Furthermore, I was informed by the adjuster, *** that it was pointless for me to order the police report because the claim would be deniedI am still awaiting the report myself, as I mentioned it takes weeks for the policeAlso as mentioned in my complaint above, I was advised NOT to purchase replacements by the receptionistShe said that my claim would be null if I did replace my itemsI am complaining because I missed 5-full days of scholarship applications and other work that was put on the back burner while I waited for my adjuster to respond, which I still would not have gotten had I not called NSSI myself
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and poor service I have received from NSSII bought this insurance because I am a student and I cannot afford to replace my expensive technologyInstead of helping me replace my personal property, NSSI has actually cost me more money by delaying the replacement of my products by strongly recommending that I not replace my products because my claim would be null

On July 6th and July 10th an email requesting a full and legible copy of the police report was sent to ***@gmail.com, as requested on the claim form and reflected on the insured's policyAs of today, July 16, 2015, National Student Services, has not received the requested documentationTherefore the claim is still classified as pending needed informationAs stated previously, with the restrictions defined in the coverage purchased, we are currently unable to determine is National Student Services will be able to provide reimbursement for the lossAs a result, we are unable to suggest any form of purchase as reimbursement is not guaranteedIf the insured would like to purchase a replacement it will be at their own risk as claim coverage has yet to be determined

I am rejecting this response because: never received any notification that the policy was being cancelled. Please provide proof. Additionally, the policy needs to be backdated to the original date since I was unaware the policy was cancelled, which was not addressed in the business's response.
