Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/23) */ Comtec Electronic Systems, Inctakes this matter very seriously Customer called our office in April of stating damage to his home caused by a Comtec technician during the installation of his security systemThe date of installation for that system was years ago (April 2009)In response to the customer's call, our manager visited the property and spoke with the customerWe have addressed and answered the customers concerns each time he has called We have been diligent in handling his claim and reported the issue immediately to our insurance companyWe have stayed in contact with and provided documentation to the insurance company, from the customer, that was requested by the insurance company The agent with the insurance company has been in contact with the customer and our officeThey are aware of the customer's request for a fast resolution and are working as quickly as possible to finalize this claim At the time of this posting the claim is being reviewed and investigated by the insurance companyWe are awaiting for their decision before we can proceed Comtec Electronic Systems, Inchas been in business over yearsWe have built our family owned business on customer loyalty and satisfactionWe also want a timely resolution to this matter
