We are no longer doing business with Friendship Jeep or JessThey made a lot of money off of me, haggled, yelled at me once in front of other customers and staffKept me there all day so I couldn't go to another dealer and then hid the details of the Jeep I traded inThey gave me "wholesale pricing" on the new Jeep because I wanted a "great deal" but then numbers and costs started to change once Dominic and I started talkingNo fault to DominicI'm a successful online business owner and took screenshots of my tralisting on their website (stock photo of a Sahara Gray color) of my traded in Forest Green Sahara JeepIt's all about business and better be extra carefulProfessional salesman hungry to make a dollar at any expense while putting on a smile and pretty faceI don't appreciate her passive aggressive tone (2nd incident 03/17/via email) and condescending attitude towardI certainly have a right to not choose their service departmentSimple question asking her what type of recommended oil does the Jeep use but they want to hide that as well until after I made it a point customers certainly deserve to know what type of maintenance is necessaryI ask, isn't it bad enough that Friendship corporate teaches sales agents to be aggressive money hungry mongers? Where are the morally good people? Gotta meet those sales quotas I supposeAfter emailing Jess today to not contact me anymore (2nd request) she took it upon herself to reply to my email anywaysIt was a blank reply emailAgain, passive aggressiveI suppose she thinks she's had the last wordWe certainly will not be working together anymore and I would not recommend her as a sale agent to any of my friends or clients any longerI may still use their service department but do I really feel comfortable with that either today? No I do notMy mind is made upDisappointment and it's all about capitalism so if you decide to buy from her better be extremely careful My recommendation, print out an automobile you've found online from their competitors and tell them the price you wantIf they cannot give you a straight answer in minutes, walk away to the next dealerDon't let them keep you there in limbo with hopesCommon sales tacticAfter the purchase on 12/30/I even gave her a direct link to their competitors in Johnson City to show her that I did indeed find a lower price (4K less or more) so they could keep up with their competitorsIn hindsight I shouldn't have done that The Rubicon itself is top-of-the-line and an excellent vehicleGreat radio system, user-friendly navigationI've taken it off road and really pushed the limitsEven scared my own mother at one point:-) The Rubicon will sway in the wind and it will make you feel nervousAll the amenities, leather heated seats are wonderfulJust turn on the sway bar or lock the axles when going off roadmonth SIRUS XM package is great! Protective coating from service department is a must and definitely worth purchasing!!! Literally there are no scratches on the paint surface of the vehicle

I purchased a Subaru Forester on June 12, I have been trying to transfer my tags to this vehicle without successI have made numerous phone calls, been to the dealership in person times, made trips to DMV, and still do not have my tags because they will not complete paperworkThe dealership had to issue me another temporary tag when the first one expired after daysI received the statement for the first payment last week and I paid it on a car that is not even in my name! DMV will transfer the tags if I pay then $for sales tax, but, I have already paid Friendship $for taxes when I purchased the carI am now in debt over $21,and can't get the car transferred to my nameA person at DMV told me that the dealer does this to hold on to the money long enough to earn interestI'm at my wit's end! Is it not illegal to sell a vehicle and not complete the paperwork'

A few weeks later the car began hesitatingIt jerkedIt drives a bit wobblyThe check engine light came onIt needed a major repairThis was not covered by the warranty they encouraged me to purchaseI contacted themThe manager offered to pay part of the billI was told it was solenoid and valvesDue to the severity of the issue I could not drive my car homeThe repairs were madeTwenty four hours after it was repai

I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado LT Truck on 05/07/from Friendship CJD on West State Street, Bristol, TN XXXXX, at the time of the signing of the paperwork, I was instructed that the Silverado had a day Dealership Warranty and the Dealership also owed me a Repaired Cracked Dash Cover that was agreed upon at purchase I brought the Silverado into the Dealership for the repair of the Cracked Dash and at the same time I informed the Service Personnel ( *** ) that there was a popping and clicking noise in the front drivers side, may sound like in the axle when in reverse with a stiff cut of the wheel Service department gave me a loaner vehicle for the week and when I returned the next Monday to pick up my Silverado, *** informed me that the axle joints just needed greased and to ride it for a miles or so and if it started making a noise to let him know The popping and cracking started again after a day and got worse sounding as the days went on, I c

I purchased a vehicle on 5/19/and purchased some warranties under mislead circumstances and have tried to cancel but so far no refund
I purchased a vehicle on 5/19/from Friendship Jeep Dodge in Bristol, TN When going through the process of signing the paperworkI was told my payment would be $for years I was offered some warranties for maintenance, gap insurance, road hazard and service work (oil changes) I was told it would only be $more dollars a month but for months instead of I asked several times how much in total it would be and was only given the monthly amount I was also told you could cancel all of these warranties at anytime and would be refunded the unused amounts After I got home the next day I started reviewing my paperwork and realized that the $amount I was quoted as my monthly payment already included some warranty cost in it I recalculated my payment based on my loan amount, length and interest rate and my payment shoul
