I am writing regarding an incident with our client. He does not have a good credit score, we explained to him that the financial company was going to charge the highest interest. He took the car home and showed the contract to his wife and
she got mad because of the interest rate, the came back saying that they did not want the car because of mechanical problems, the car recently had its service in the agency and was in perfect conditions, at the end the purchase was made directly with the dealer, buy here pay here.
