I have received 3 text messages that connect me to this company. I have not requested any debt help and do not welcome text or call soliciting. I have been registered on the do not call list for years for this reason. I sent a message to this company addressing this and they do not reply.

Ms. contacted us demanding payment for alleged TCPA violations. In fact, the ads were run by an affiliate and we use very sophisticated technology to ensure compliance, called TrustedForm from ActiveProspect. Please find the TrustedForm certificate below as evidence of opt in. As shown below, Ms. interacted with a chat bot on *** on 3 separate occasions upon which she opted in to receive communications from our affiliate.
