Con-Way Freight

Good morning, We made arrangement for Central transportation to pick up a cargo on the 24th of June and deliver it to MiamiCon-way went to the location on the 23rd of June and picked up the cargo when it is clearly marked for a different companyNot only they picked up the cargo which did not belong to them and charged a much higher fee than the other companyThe local dispatch office for Con-way have not been clear to how or who requested a pick up for this cargoWhen we questioned the dispatch office for billing information they told us they copied the information from the BOL they picked up from the receiptTheir justification for all of this is the, "Junk yard should never let us pick up the cargo"This junk yard does not have multiple trucking company picked up from there on a daily basisThey clearly got information for this and picked up the cargo before the other company to make the commision on itTo me that is unfair and unethical business practice

This business delivers late every single timeYou follow the tracking and it SAYS it will be there one day and is always one to two days laterWhen the delivery FINALLY shows up, out of times there is damage to the products being deliveredIf you are lucky, you will get a nice customer service rep...but it is unlikelyGood luck dealing with this unreliable company
