I am rejecting this response because: The merchant avoided the issue.  The fact is they false advertised the product as "all natural."  "Natural" means "existing in or caused by nature; not made or caused by humankind."  This product it turns out contains man-made, harmful, unhealthy pesticides and herbicides.  That's the exact opposite of "all natural."  Carinogens such as glyphosate are not at all "natural."  Since I didn't get what I paid for, the merchant owes me a refund.The merchant's comment about the can of organic tomato sauce, although having no bearing on my complaint, I will address.  Their organic tomato sauce is only available in a can which contains harmful chemicals in the lining.  If it were available in a tetra pak like their falsely labeled "all natural" sauce, I'd purchase it.

reviewed your email request, and unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund for your purchase of Hunts Tomato Sauce, UPC 2700038828.    “All Natural” on the label for this product means that the product contains no added color, synthetic substances, or artificial flavors, as defined by FDA guidance on Natural claims. We do, however, make organic products and they are labeled as such.  We suggest you try Hunt’s Organic Tomato Sauce, UPC 2700039028, if you are looking for an organic tomato sauce product. Thanks for your interest in our brands!  Have a great day!
