Hello,  We had several conversations with Mr. [redacted] during the attempted repairs to his trim motor.  In the end he decided to rebuild the unit on his own, rather than having it replaced.  Owner requested a deduction of $216.50, which we credited on his credit card on 10/25/17. ...
