Concentra Medical Centers Reviews (9)

Hello-Concentra follows the Federal rules in terms of passing or failing a driver during a DOT exam- paying the fee for the exam does not ensure the patient will pass the exam, it covers the cost of the time to administer the components of the exam by the medical provider and associated testing If the patient falls into the criteria requiring additional testing to passed the exam (in this example a slepp study), we simply inform the patient of the next steps to satisfy the Federal requirement Concentra does not offer the these services nor has any gain, financial or otherwise, in the patient performing themAs the services were rendered we do not feel a refund is justifedIf the patient would like to speak, I would be happy to arrange a call with a medical provider to further explain the exclusion criteria.Rob P***Director of Operations- AZ/UTConcentra [redacted]

Terrible run Company.

Hello-Due to the medium in which you have decided to engage in conversation HIPPA prevents me from offering specific details regarding your care.  The FMSCA does not require testing on every DOT applicant. Instead, the FMCSA requires the Certified Practitioner to gather additional information based on findings obtained during the DOT Physical to esnure safety on our roads.  Based on the addtional information, the Ceritified Practitioner can pass the applicant. This would best be reolved if you contact be directly by with email or phone.Rob P[redacted]

Had an appointment at 11:45. Showed up early. It is 1:26, and I still have not seen a dr. This was for a routine physical for my CDL.
