This company is contracted by *** (who also is very difficult to work with). We didn't have a choice but to use Concept Appliances. Our freezer has been out. We lost all of our food in it. They came out, took our $100 deductible, said they would order part and then said they would come out the following week. Husband took the day off of work to meet them at the set time. No call, no show. Called the number. No return call. Called*** warranty company. They wont help. Called multiple times to the concept. No answer, nothing. Still a broken freezer. Now looking at reviews, they seem to be fraudulent, and why our warranty company endorses them is suspicious.
