Review: After having our parked car totaled by a drunk driver, my husband and I decided to take the insurance money and finance a newer vehicle. At that time we were driving a rental provided by the insurance company and had two more days with it. We were in need of a car. We went to Concept Auto and explained our situation to [redacted] the auto dealer. He sold us a 2005 Ford Expedition that wasn't on the lot because as per [redacted] the car was having a brand new motor put in by Scarsdale Ford. He said the car would be ours to drive in a couple of days and would come with warranty papers from Ford re: the new motor. We started the paper work, signed contracts, put a down payment of $2,300 and as days went by we still had no vehicle. We called [redacted] everyday even though [redacted] tried dodging our calls and he wouldn't give us a straight answer as to when the car would be in our possession. After two weeks without the vehicle and more than 400 dollars spent on the rental, we asked for our down payment back. He had excuses about that as well. We then called Scarsdale Ford to inquire about the car. [redacted] found out about it and called us very angry. He said we were close to getting him fired. We decided to go to another dealership and when they ran our credit report we already had an open line on the report for the car we never received from Concept Auto. When I called the financing bank Santander, they told me Concept already received payment for the car. We called [redacted] but he wouldn't pick up so we went to the dealership and got our plates back. I asked him to unwind the loan and give us our money. He said we'd get our money the next day. three days later we still have no money! We never got a welcome call from the bank and also had my credit run by Scarsdale Ford.Desired Settlement: I want our $2,300 deposit back and want the dealer to unwind the deal. To give the money back to Santander Bank so we can have have the deal off our report since we never received the car.

Customer was given a full refund and loan originated was complety paid in full. We have no outstanding issues and have answered all request. Please confirm customer has been made whole and her issued has been satisfied. I contacted customer to confirm and she stated loan was cancelled therefore we are done.
