Review: Concept Auto did work on my vehicle in April 2013. The transmission was rebuilt for a sum of $2,000.00. After two months the problem continues. Took the vehicle back. Was told that the problem was something else. The problem still continues. I took the vehicle for a diagnostic test and reported to Concept Auto After several call and text messages they took the vehicle on Thursday [redacted] was told I will received it back on Saturday [redacted]. I tried several times to make contact about the vehicle and no one is taking my calls.Desired Settlement: would like the job finish. And get my vehicle as soon as possible.
