Concept Builders exceeded all of my expectations - from the first time we met all the way to closing on the beautiful home they built for usThe customer service was exceptional and the quality of our home is absolutely remarkableThey were also willing to do a lot of customizations that other builders in the area refused to do

As stated in the previous review of this business- Concept came out of the gate as all smiles and sunshine They stated that they were giving us their best superintendent We stopped by once per week and watched as they framed and then proceeded to finish the work Our issues aren't with the home structure but with the finishes and the builder response to us We were told many things about materials and timing that were untrue Our kitchen cabinets as well as those in the bathrooms have a subpar finish and upon inspection during walk through we were told that the scratches and dings were "to be expected", as were the rough areas of the knockdown finish We closed in December and it is now end of April We have a roof leak They sent someone out, supposedly to fix itnot fixed When we called back we were told "well, that's to be expected when it rains hard" Always scapegoating or trying to placate us with "that's just how its done", or "that's part of the build process" Our yard also holds waterwe paid $3k for grading Guess that's part of the build process Also- make them write the home energy efficiency credit transfer ($4000) into your contract or they'll absorb that as part of the process too

We contracted with Concept Builders Inc in to build our home on a piece of property offsite from one of their developed lotsOur experience was unsatisfactory to say the least, we were treated with disrespect, distrust, resistance, deceit, rudeness, anger, avoidance, immaturity, denial, and immaturity, among other descriptive termsWe will say that we were not your typical home buyer because evidently we were involved way more than Concept typically experiences, and also had many ideas of our own that we wanted to incorporate into our homeIin our mind, this was a major investment and the fulfillment of a dream that we asked Concept to be a part of and therefore felt that it should be a partnership and relationship that should be enjoyable and include, at the least, honesty, respect and appreciation
We filed a formal complaint to the Home Builders Association which then went to the Revdex.com because there was no response from Concept, and were told by the Revdex.com that this review was our only course of action to bring to light the type of treatment and lack of customer service we received from Concept because, per the contract and the fact that we closed on the house, Concept Builders Inc met their obligation to usRegardless of how we were treated
We have many enlightening issues, experiences, stories and items to point out and are willing to share with anyone interested in hearing them, but we are limited to a specific amount of space given in this review

Concept Builders were extremely pleasant to work with during the entire process. They wanted to make sure that everything was what we expected throughout the very end of the process and worked with us on some changes. I highly recommend their work.

After moving to Oklahoma 9 years ago I began researching home builders and communities almost immediately. Having worked for a national and regional home builder I knew many of the tricks of the trade so to speak and was definitely looking for quality of construction rather than just purely cosmetic features that make a home 'look' good.
I have since built two homes with Concept Builders, Inc. Most recently in the Angus Valley subdivision in 2012. Oddly enough the second time around was more challenging than the first. Building a home is not a perfect process and that is why I chose a builder with almost 40 years of experience and good standing in the community.
Concept Builders, Inc. does business in a friendly family type atmosphere and it gives you a sense of belonging during the construction process. With my current home I received help and guidance with financing, selling my former property and ideas for the exterior and interior from the sales staff, building superintendent and design center. I always knew what was going on during the construction of my home and was never hit with any major delays, hidden fees, or price increases. The process was transparent and any additional design features and upgrades were mutually agreed upon.
Perhaps the biggest compliment I can offer is the follow up and follow through after the completion of my current residence. I couple of issues came up, through no fault of their own, and Concept Builders, Inc. took it upon themselves to make things right. It is difficult to find that level of service anymore, and it is something they should take pride in. I've enjoyed living in my current residence for the past 5 years and continue to receive many compliments. There truly is no place like home!

We just closed on our house west of Mannford built by Concept Builders and couldn't be happier. The people were great to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. Any issues we had during the construction process were quickly resolved by the construction manager.

We built a concept home in Angus Valley Farms in 2015. We lived in Wisconsin while our house was being built. Our daughter lives in Tulsa and worked with [redacted] and [redacted] while we did plans on the internet. We made a few visits to Tulsa to pick out a building lot and house plans. [redacted] was very helpful with showing us building lots all over the Tulsa area. He also showed us many house plans and other information for building our home. [redacted] was very helpful with final design plans and all building concerns. We were treated with respect and professionalism. We are extremely happy with our home and would recommend Concept Builders to anyone looking to build a new home! Everyone at Concept was friendly and great to work with. Our building manager was Jesse Powell. He did everything to make us happy and handled our concerns promptly! Thank you Concept builders for our beautiful home!

Concept is a great company! My husband and I just recently moved to our new construction home in Stone Creek Estates in the Sand Springs area. We decided to build with Concept Builders because we liked their open floor plan options. [redacted] (sales) is awesome at what he does and went above and beyond for us- [redacted] (foreman) was excellent and kept us in the know at all times. I really wasn't expecting the experience to be as painless as it was! Highly recommend!
