Concept Builders of Charleston

this company was hired by people we purchased our home from to repair a beam and or beams that had termite damage. They were given inspection report and pictures of damage from inspector. Repairs were to be done to clear the cl100. Well long story short work Wasn't done they gave our realtor a false report stating repairs were done and cleared the cl100 and we closed on our home. Another inspection was done and show that they lied, never did work. Even sent sellers and another representative from there company to reinspect said work that the claimed they already fixed. This is a complete mess. I'm convinced the sellers knew someone that works at concept builders and had them to give us that false, fake report. Disappointed, outraged, and betrayed. Then I had to find someone to repair the damages. Called a Brent he was very rude, aggressive and unwilling to help me get this matter resolved. Then stated the work was done. I said no sir have u not spoken to the representative that came out to reinspect. He had no clue. I worked hard to be able to purchase a home only to be taken advantage of by concept builders of Charleston and the sellers. Sincerely Mrs.
