I wanted to expand my pool deck and rescreen the enclosure and got two prices from different contractors for the jobboth offers were to be totally equal so I can choose a contractor on an equal basis i.eapples to apples One contractor had to change their bid to include solid ceilings instead of screened ceilings and Dulando had to include moving two electric outlets under permit to be equal, which both contractors didThe dulando salesman didn't change the price but included it on contractWith that said, Dulando was the successful bidder and I awarded them the job The point is the salesman said he didn't include electric work, so I paid an electrical contractor to do the work and deducted it from the balance dueNow I cannot get them to repair the leaks in the roof, or finish assembling gutterBeen trying for WeeksBe Careful with these guys

On January 19, 2016 the Propsective Purchaser entered into a written planning agreement that clearly stated that" This agreement is for the preparation of plan only. It does not secure lot availability nor house or lot prices as they are subject to change without notice".

Purchaser was fully aware and it was confirmed to them prior to entering the planning agreement, related to the original amounts that "As discussed it is basic at this stage as we would really need a final plan and all details to confirm."
Prospective Purchaser was charged simply for cost of invoices from the drafting company (provided) as per the written agreement. We have no motivation to mislead as we realize no profit from the drafting of the plans. Our staff had expended many hours with this customer to accommodate their numerous changes and request in the formulation of the final custom plan and pricing to their specifics and preferences.

In full confidence we treated this customer fairly. On May 16, 2016 we provided a summary of costs complete with the respective invoices and provided a cheque to her to complete the balance refund amount.
We further responded with our letter of June 6, 2016.
I found it puzzling that when concluding our last in office meeting (April 28, 2016), when we offered to do a further pricing review for her she left and commented that:
"She did not see any point in us doing any further review as she thought she would not be proceeding anyway regardless of the price."

We trust this provides the clarity required and confirms that we have treated this customer in a fair manner in keeping with the agreement that was entered into by both parties.
