My experience with this shop took place between November 26th and January 4th The customer service and accountability for their online shop: Beija-Flor Naturals, is abysmalI waited weeks for my package and emailed them weekly with no responseWhen they finally said they shipped my products December 18th, what they really meant was that they had made a tracking number and refused to actually drop the package off at a USPS facility, which is fraudulent behavior for any businessIt was only after contacting them through social media, criticizing the many posts they made about parties, and taking my dispute to PayPal that I managed to get my money back and still their incompetence showed when they refused to take any accountability for the situationThey never emailed me back and gave a half-hearted excuse on the PayPal note about "shipping the item but it never being delivered" which is demonstratively as I had the tracking number and USPS never received the package or they would have updated the tracking number accordinglyThe package never left Oakland This business is dishonest, flaky, and rudeI wouldn't recommend shopping with them online, but perhaps their physical stores (which they somehow have two of) would be a more pleasant experience
