I purchased the String Lights from Concept Lighting Group on June 8,(one year ago).I purchased the Lights which was displayed in the store and they took one month to take down and delivered to meWhen the String lights was delivered the whole line of string was missingI paid $and $for the installationThe person who installed the light said he would bring the missing part and install right awayHowever it has been a yearI waited for months and made a complaint to Ministry of consumer servicesThe Concept Lighting promised to take care of the problem but they are not acting outThey ignored my phone call, rude to me and never apologized.I think I have been patient enough and believe them to do somethingI made monthly direct payment for monthThe monthly payment suppose to be $(1699.52/12=141.62) but they withdrew $145.62.Concept Lighting said there is no interest for a year Product_Or_Service: String Light Account_Number: XXXXXXX

I have worst experience with one of the merchandise I bought from Concept lighting Heartland locationWhile selling the product they have not mentioned that particular product is not available in the warehouseThey asked me to make the full payment- $ upfront and after that, it's more than a month that the product has not arrived They are not even sure about the time frame when this will be available for the delivery to the customerThis is just ridiculous I'm going to lodge customer protection complaint if I am unable to get this within next weeks Thanks

My wife and I ordered a Nursery light on Nov 28th and told it would take 3-wks to deliver (Not impressive in today's day and age but we accepted it) No word from Concept lighting going into wk so we called No call back Finally we spoke with someone and they advised us that they'd look into it, never got back to us Called again and told it would be another 3-wks because there was an issue with a supplier Went in on Jan 7th to but a light for our bar (regret this decision) and checked on the status of our original light Concept Lighting told us a shipment arrived but the light wasn't there Told it would take another 3-weeks I'm now 7-wksafter the original purchase, nothing from Concept lighting and still waiting for my light, with a revised ETA which is 10-11wks after my original order No compensation offered, refused a refund, and TERRIBLE service following up with us Please ConceptLighting find a new supplier, shipper or logistic

The staff at Concept Lighting are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and so nice to deal with I purchased some lighting from them about years ago, so when I recently required more lighting, there was no question I would return Beautiful merchandise, excellent staff, great experience! I'm a customer for life

I had purchased lighting ftom another well know retailer and was wating for months for this fixture to arrive and could not get my moey back I went to Concept LIghting in Mississauga and received great service and pricing form the owner The same light I couldnt get from the other lighting store I got at Concept Lighting next da and for less money I highly recommend dealing with this store for good honest effort and service
