Revdex.com and Friends, We have gladly spent significant time on this customer's complaint and wish we could have found a mutual resolution on this customer to customer complaintI did not accuse the consumer of lying I simply said that we conducted and investigation and couldn't get evidence needed to legally remove another paying customer on a nuisance eviction based on our investigationWe did talk to the accused customer about the concerns and even tried to facilitate communication between this customer and her accused neighbor which she did not want to doCustomer to customer concerns are challenging not matter what line of business one is inWe certainly couldn't remove another customer from the apartments as this customer requested and had otherwise made good and reasonable efforts to address and validate the concernOur manager suggested police involvement to settle the noise ordinance concern. To remind this customer our work associate remembers being called a "***" by the complaintant when she could not propose a satisfactory resolutionWe are not comfortable with customer abuse never-the-less we have tried to resolve this customer's concern and will continue to address all customer concerns to the best of our abilityWe wish the best to this customer in her future housing

Revdex.com and Friends,We have made efforts to investigate and address our customer's complaints in this situationIt was a personal lifestyle concern with another customer which we were not able to prove or fully resolve despite our effortsWe spoke to other neighbors who also share living walls with
the perceived offending apartment mentioned in this complaint who don't notice or share the concern about late night intimate soundsOne challenge we face is that we do rent living spaces and in an apartment situation there will be neighbors who have different habits, make different sounds, and in the whole are different but all the same entitled to their own reasonable use of their spaceWe went so far as to speak with the accused residents who were accused of late night intimate sounds from their apartment unit and they denied the claimsOur manager never intended to "sweep" any problem under the rug but we had made efforts to solve this mutually difficult problem to the mutual satisfaction of everyone and unfortunatly this client was unhappy with the efforts givenShe called our manager inappropriate thingsWe wish her well but in her future housing and thank and appreciate her time with usFor our part we will continue to address every issue brought to our attention to the best of our abilitiesWe love to help people and are saddened by this customers dissatisfaction. Please contact me with future questions. Thank you,Scott C***President

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the refund of $to be acceptable. For the case record Concept Property's statement is misleading since we did not have a lease agreement and we are owed the overpayment having given more than sufficient notice(days) of our move-out date. The statement by Concept Property assumes that we have a lease agreement for *** * *** ** ***. We have never signed a lease for #** and should not be held to the requirements of the lease
Sincerely,

Our resident in this case was let out of his legal lease months
early with no penalty. The lease was broken during busy
season which would justify a reasonable penalty but none was issued His legal agreement says all rent is payable through the end of the month so legally we are entitled to the fundsA fair compromise would be not paying him a pro-rata amount after breaking the
legal agreement or issuing a pro-rata refund which could then be applied to the early termination penalties and the remainder refunded all of which would go on his rental recordOne of these options would be the fair solution in accordance with our legal agreement. What we have decided to do is issue the refund requested if he is okay with this as a point of resolutionWe greatly hope that by meeting his request we can all move forward to better thingsIf this resolution is accepted a check will be issued Monday 8/3/or within a reasonable period after our client accepts this offer

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: they are accusing me of lying when I have no need to do so, and on top of such; they are accusing me of calling their manager names when I did no such thingI will pull my phone records and be in contact with law enforcement.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Our team has taken action to restructure the parking plan to better accommodate our residents. The customers here were provided a laundry key prior to their complaint which we hope has resolved that concern and any misunderstandings. We really appreciate our customers and have been working with and...

hope to have resolved the concerns of this resident and customer.
