We are waiting to hear where they want the outside hose placed before coming back We have emailed their attorney and are waiting on a response Once we have that info we will be back to complete punch list

After signing contracts with the clients, it took nearly half a year before we were given money to start the house. During that time we took on other work. Once they did get the money to us, we had to scramble to shake guys loose off of other jobs to work on their
house because we were already obligated at other places. The weather, also being an issue, affected our time frames. We had an extremely wet year last year and then it moved straight into cold weather, both of which affects the laying of brick. The house is complete per our contract. We have received a punch list from the client's attorney and we are trying to schedule to go over and address the items. It is also our goal to be done with this house so we can move

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.He has not been back punch list is no where close to being finished including in contract items there is no need to mention or describe these to you because Joe knows what's on the punch list so enough about the list our original complaint was for us to be able to get an occupancy permit that we can't seem to get because of repeated state code failures that you would think a licensed contractor would know the code law !!!! Our attorney had sent a written request for occupancy dated back on May 9th you would think enough is enough.Regards,

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Here it is a week later and no worked started nor completed as [redacted] stated he would do by the 9th I even contacted the building inspector regarding the email stating all this work to be done he stated he had not heard a word from [redacted]. So technically the dirt was pushed up to the water berrier in the brick by his crew then later instructed by the building inspector that an insect prone board covered by [redacted] crew had to be taken out which they did complete weeks later. Sounds like [redacted] has to put the blame on someone besides himself. So from the 1st day I contacted you about New Line Construction well I am hoping you are starting to see [redacted] does not stand up to his commitments we are going on 15 months and still no occupancy !!!
