Review: I won a $1000 shopping spree with company and have not received completed prize.

In November 2012 I won a $1000 shopping spree with company through a radio station. I finally received information regarding my prize in late January 2013 or early February 2013. I received a partial prize redeption in Feb. or March. When I initially placed my order, I attempted to order the $1000 in merchandise from the store. Since all items were not in stock, I was only able to receive a partial of the $1000 in merchandise. Since beginning of August 2013 I have been trying to reach owner of company. I have left two messages, three attempts via email, and another message today, with [redacted], to receive the completion of my prize. I have not received any response from the owner, [redacted], in regards to this matter. To date, there is approx. $375 prize redemption to be claimed from company.Desired Settlement: I am seeking to receive the rest of my prize.

The gift card was valid for 6 months. The winner was awarded in November of 2012. It is a strict policy and is therefor not redeemable any longer.

Although I won my prize November and after several attempts to claim my prize, the company finally contacted me at the end of January 2013 with an email, which I still have, on how to redeem my prize. No where in the email, nor verbally, was I ever told that the company was voiding my prize in 6 months, whether the company decided six months from November 2012 or January 2013. In any case, I still had been trying to reach the owner since Mid May 2013 by leaving a few messages with whomever would answer the phone at her store. Each time I was told she was not in at the moment and they would leave a message for her. I never received a call or email back from any employee, nor the owner, since I have been attempting to claim the rest of my prize. I had emailed the store several times in August and NOT ONE employee emailed me back a response in regards to my prize expiring. All my emails went unanswered. As Revdex.com may see, it took me contacting Revdex.com to be told by the company that the prize expired in 6 months, which is unexceptable as I was not ever notified.

Dear Sirs,

In the matter of [redacted] and the $1,000.00 gift certificate she won as a prize in a contest on January 6th, 2013.it has been brought to my attention that she failed to redeem her prize in its completion in a timely manner.

The policy of Fine N Funky is to allow 4 months for a gift to be redeemed. Our records indicate that the customer made her initial redemption of her prize on January 18th, 2013, for $924.94 and did return items to establish a remaining balance of $365.99. As you can see in the provided e mail, these are the three dates we have received contact from [redacted] until August 27, 2013.

At this point, I find [redacted]'s behavior to be unreasonable and egregious, as well as the boardline harassment she has inflicted on ShopfineNfunky. It seems that the awarding of her prize has caused her to believe that business policies and procedures do not apply to her.

We will not allow her to redeem the said balance of the prize as she did not fulfill her obligation to redeem it in its entirety in the 4 months allowed for awarding the prize.

Review: I purchased a dress from the FineNFunky website on 4/15/15, and received the mdse on 4/17/15 via USPS priority mail. Unfortunately I did not like the way the dress did not fit me well and I needed to return it. (The dress was never worn and all tags/tickets were still attached.) I returned the dress along with copy of original receipt & letter indicating reason for the return on 4/22/15 via USPS priority mail, to the address indicated for returns on their website. It was signed for on 4/24/15.When I had not seen the credit to my visa by 5/7/15, I emailed them to inquire as to when I could expect to see the credit on my account. I never received any response. I sent a 2nd email on 5/12/15, and never received any response.I called the store in Tahoe City, CA on 5/14/15 and asked to speak to someone who could help me with my return/credit. They took my name and number, and told me that [redacted] would call me when she got to the store in approx one hour.To date I have not received my refund, nor any phone call or email.Desired Settlement: Refund issued to my visa.

My visa account was credited today (5/28/15) with the refund amount of $118.15 from Fine N Funky.

Review: I placed an order on this website September 5th 2015. Order number is #[redacted] Website has listed under shipping that they gaurentee orders will ship within 24-48 hours. I never recieved shipping confirmation so I called the number listed in my order email. Spoke with someone named [redacted] who assured me that my order would ship out Wednesday and I would get the item by Friday. Yesterday I still had not received a shipping notice so I called again. Spoke to another woman who said she would find out what was going on with my order. Never recieved a call back, called again at the end of day spoke with Lisa again about my order. She said she would find out and promised to call me back and never did. This morning I called several times trying to reach someone only to be hung up on multiple times. If my order has not shipped by now I want a full refund immediately. I have no other options but to file a complaint as I have made several attempts to get answers and have not gotten any.Desired Settlement: If the item has shipped I want tracking info. If it has not I want a refund immediately.
