Mr [redacted] accepted full payment for work which his company did not complete More than 50% of the work remains incomplete On August 20, Mr [redacted] solicited me by knocking on my door in regards to removing a dead, partially fallen tree in my front yard A price was agreed upon to remove the tree and complete multiple other jobs in the yard Mr [redacted] and crew came back two days later and began work Upon trimming a large tree in the back of my property it was established that the tree was dead and a major crack in the trunk put the tree at risk of falling An additional price was agreed upon to remove the tree Mr***'s crew was working diligently to complete the work and he requested full payment and guaranteed that the work would be completed by day's end Against my better judgement I paid Mr [redacted] the full amount and Mr [redacted] left my property to go give an estimate on another job Soon thereafter, his workers stopped work and left the job and never returned Mr
This is the second project that Exact has done for us, and once again we were blown away! We originally had out backyard done, so this year we decided to our front porch/driveway and it was definitely the right decisionThe Exact team is professional, hardworking, and will go above and beyond expectationsOnce again we went with their design suggestions, and we would suggest others trust their expertise as wellAmazing experience and outcome!
This company was recommended to me in Exact Interlock has completed several projects at my residence A second interlocking parking spot in the front yard, interlocking pathway and garden edging in the backyard, rebuilt a retaining wall and a pathway across the backyard and interlocking around the asphalt driveway in the front, and covering the concrete entrance with tileThe staff are very professional and their workmanship is excellent I am pleased with this company and highly recommend them
