Then I was asked to take my complaint off the Revdex.com websiteI said I would not because the issue was not resolvedI ended up paying the delivery charge to have my sectional delivered so why would I remove my complaint? The owner lied again saying I said the [redacted] word and I didn't unless he's referring to the word free which I did use because I was promised FREE deliveryIts not my fault your sales Reppromised me something he couldn't follow through with just to make a sellThe owner stated he held my sectional for months and that's correct but why are you stating that? If you couldn't hold my purchase for that long you would have told me so when I purchased itI stated when I bought the sectional I was moving and didn't know when and the sales RepStated to me " that was fine we'll hold it for you until you move?" So why even mention that to make yourself look innocent? Lastly, the owner called me a liar when I stated I never said I would pick up my purchaseI know I have no way of getting a PCSectional to my home so why would I ask for pickup? What's most important is what respectable business owner calls their customer a liar? All lies.....I was never offered my money back. The owner would only offer me an exchange. Why would I want to conduct more business with a liar? Then I was asked to take my complaint off the Revdex.com website. I said I would not because the issue was not resolved. I ended up paying the delivery charge to have my sectional delivered so why would I remove my complaint? The owner lied again saying I said the [redacted] word and I didn't unless he's referring to the word free which I did use because I was promised FREE delivery. Its not my fault your sales Rep. promised me something he couldn't follow through with just to make a sell. The owner stated he held my sectional for 5 months and that's correct but why are you stating that? If you couldn't hold my purchase for that long you would have told me so when I purchased it. I stated when I bought the sectional I was moving and didn't know when and the sales Rep. Stated to me " that was fine we'll hold it for you until you move?" So why even mention that to make yourself look innocent? Lastly, the owner called me a liar when I stated I never said I would pick up my purchase. I know I have no way of getting a 2 PC. Sectional to my home so why would I ask for pickup? What's most important is what respectable business owner calls their customer a liar?
