Since the initial installation, we have made several return trips to re-educate Mr [redacted] on how to use the system, set up mobile devices etc. Not...

once has Mr [redacted] paid for any service calls. We absolutely stand behind our work and honor any warranty associated with the equipment we install, but as a business cannot afford to pay a service technician to do free unlimited service calls. Since this complaint we have tried to contact Mr [redacted] to resolve the issue, but have yet to hear back from him.
