Review: I ordered concert tickets on April [redacted] for section 4, row Y seats 9-10. Paid $107 for each ticket.

When I recieved tickets 2 days prior to concert I was given tickets that only cost $25 each at the gate of the concert.

When I called to try to explain the situation I was told that it was my fault for not looking closer at the tickets. I was also told that the seats I oredered were the ones I recieved which is false. I paid $304 for lawn seats. When I choose and paid for section seating closer to the stage.

I called the orginal company ticketnetwork and they too are stating that I purchased those tickets, because that is the information they received from Concert Specials. Concert Specials stole over $200 from me and do not deserve to be in business. They are ticket scalpers. Not ticket dealers. After I spoke with [redacted] the owner he told me that next I should pay better attention to what I recieve. Bascally admitting to me that they stole money from me and got away with it.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay for all the people that I am sure they have effected in a negative way by their actions and results of their shame of a business. I find it very unethical that business like this exists and robs people of what is supose to good memories into stressed memories.

Review: On 7-**-13 I went on line and made a purchase of $610.31 for the 3 box seat tickets at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre to see Kelly Clarkson and Maroon 5. This was a gift from me to my daughters for a ladies night out and to see their favorite, Kelly Clarkson. I believe d that we would have a great view from this box based on the site map I viewed on line. When I received the tickets in the mail they indicated that they were “VIP” seating. We were very excited about going but it turned out to be very upsetting and disappointing. Neither the site map nor the ticket face stated that we would not be able to view the concert stage from the "chairs" we had to sit in. I asked to speak to a manager of the venue before the concert even began. That is when I found out that Live Nation represents the venue. I spoke to several people, but did not get to a person with authority until the concert was half over. We missed the opening act and Kelly Clarkson by that time. The Live Nation representative said they were not responsible for third party ticket sales and that our complaint was not with them. None of the businesses that made money off my ticked purchase accepts responsibility for the fact that the 3 tickets I purchased were not what had been represented. From the information I viewed on line, our seats (not chairs) should have been some of the best seats in the venue. The businesses that are involved are GoodSeatTickets.com (the web site I used), Concert Specials (who charged my charge card) and Live Nation (represents venue). I paid in good faith for something I did not receive. I want a refund for the misrepresentation of what I purchased and for the disappointment and frustration of being an on line consumer that has been the victim of misrepresentation by online businesses.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the $610.32 cost of the tickets because of the fact that our tickets were not what was represented on line and that we missed most of the concert.
