Review: I Parked my 2002 Red Honda Accord in Concerto Garage Corp, [redacted]; Phone ###-###-#### or ###-###-####; License # [redacted], on 9/**/14. I arrived at approximately 7:36am and was departing at 3:55pm. I was on line to pay them and the attendant went to retrieve my car. My car was coming up from the basement to be third on line to exit (I was still waiting to pay). The car in front of my went in reverse at the same time my was coming up and they both crashed. The attendant (name on shirt said [redacted]) smashed my car right in front of my eyes. I was standing there with disbelief. There is damage to the driver side bumper (huge dent, I have pictures to show) of my car and damage to the other car (I have pictures, Grey Honda Accord LIC # [redacted]). I had to wait to speak to the [redacted] which would not give me his name. He advised me that the dent was there as I have paint paling off (mind you there is paint paling off the whole car so I did not understand what that had to do with it). I said NO this just happen right in front of me and I saw the whole thing. He was extremely rude and called me stupid at that point I knew he was not going to be helpful so I call 911 to get in contact with the police. Of course I needed the location and I asked the [redacted] and he would not help me calling me stupid again, so I got the address to the building next store ([redacted]). I stood outside waiting for the officers to come. While I was waiting I heard my alarm as my car was still inside, I looked and saw that my hood was open. I went inside asking why they would go into my hood and still got no response. I took the car keys from them and closed my hood which would now not close properly. The officers came (a male and female officer). The [redacted] officer’s name was [redacted], I did not get the [redacted] name. They were asking questions and took my license, registration and the license of the 2 attendants involved. The garage was not being cooperative with them so the officers advised that if this continues they will close the place down. Then the officers got a call to go to [redacted] because [redacted] was going to be there. They advised me to hold onto my materials as the precent (20) was sending another 2 officers to attend to this as they had an emergency call to leave. I waited again until the other police officers came. [redacted] Badge # [redacted] and [redacted] Badge # [redacted] arrived. These officers advised me that they cannot take a report as it did not happen on the city street but in the garage. They advised the [redacted] that he had to do a report, he also gave a problem until officer [redacted] advised that he would take them in if they did not cooperative. The [redacted] of concerto garage filled out a report and gave it to me. I was told that I should put a complaint in with DCA, Revdex.com and small claims court by the officers.
