To whom it may concern, The customer made a purchase for Janet Jackson tickets on October 2nd, (order 821051196)The tickets ordered (for Janet Jackson, Concord, CA, October 2017) were delivered to the customer via e-mail on October 2nd, Later on October 2nd, we received a complaint from the customer, saying the confirmation e-mail was never receivedThe complaint came from a different e-mail address ( [redacted] ) than the one indicated in the order for delivery ( [redacted] ), but contained a reference to the e-mail indicated for deliveryWe responded to the said e-mail complaint, sending the link to download the tickets purchased in hour minutes since the complaint was receivedWe also sent an automated e-mail with a link to download the tickets to the customer earlier on the same day - October 2ndAfter delivering the tickets, we received a request to cancel and refund the order form the customer via e-mailWe responded to the customer within hours, explaining that all sales are final (which we warned the customer about on the checkout page before the purchase), stating that we unfortunately cannot cancel and refund a completed and delivered orderThus, we delivered the tickets to the concert in complete correspondence with the customer's request, also delivered them to the second customer's e-mail per the customer's request and responded to all questions and complaint received within hoursWe have all logs and e-mail in our database to prove timely delivery of the said tickets and can easily provide them, once requestedPlease consider our Terms and Conditions https://hello.concertwith.me/terms-and-conditions/ we request every customer to accept before any purchaseConcertWith.me Customer Support Manager [redacted] Sent on: 10/26/9:58:AM

directly, but we did receive a dispute for the transaction being fraudulent through PayPalWe submitted all evidence we had on the transaction (including the fraud checks and their results) to PayPal and won the dispute: PayPal decided it in our favourThe tickets were successfully downloaded by the customer and we never received any communication from the customer regarding the order at any point of timeThus, we delivered the tickets to the concert in complete correspondence with the customer's requestWe have all logs and e-mail in our database to prove timely delivery of the said tickets and can easily provide them, once requestedPlease consider our Terms and Conditions ***/ we request every customer to accept before any purchaseSent on: 12/23/12:40:PM

To whom it may concern, The customer made a purchase for Janet Jackson tickets on October 2nd, 2017 (order 821051196). The tickets ordered (for Janet Jackson, Concord, CA, 05 October 2017) were delivered to the customer via e-mail on October 2nd, 2017. Later on October 2nd, we received a complaint...

from the customer, saying the confirmation e-mail was never received. The complaint came from a different e-mail address ([redacted]) than the one indicated in the order for delivery ([redacted]), but contained a reference to the e-mail indicated for delivery. We responded to the said e-mail complaint, sending the link to download the tickets purchased in 1 hour 44 minutes since the complaint was received. We also sent an automated e-mail with a link to download the tickets to the customer earlier on the same day - October 2nd. After delivering the tickets, we received a request to cancel and refund the order form the customer via e-mail. We responded to the customer within 2 hours, explaining that all sales are final (which we warned the customer about on the checkout page before the purchase), stating that we unfortunately cannot cancel and refund a completed and delivered order. Thus, we delivered the tickets to the concert in complete correspondence with the customer's request, also delivered them to the second customer's e-mail per the customer's request and responded to all questions and complaint received within 24 hours. We have all logs and e-mail in our database to prove timely delivery of the said tickets and can easily provide them, once requested.
