My name is *** *** and I am the *** of Conch Republic We are in receipt of your letter dated 5/27/concerning a complaint by the above referenced customers

Conch is committed to customer service and I assure you this incident is an anomaly I personally, and my staff through this email, offer ** *** * ** *** our sincere apology for the incident I am told by my staff that it was truly a misunderstanding, but that is no excuse for the treatment they received
I am glad to offer the couple a full refund of the money they spent on 5/ After investigating further, I have determined that ** *** * ** *** spent approximately $on Friday, May 2, at Conch Republic Accordingly, I am willing to refund that amount to the credit card of their choice

The customer called our office and did state that she would accept the $80.00 refunded to her.

I am responding to the letter I received from your firm on June 2, 2014 regarding 
The Republic Restaurant located at [redacted]. 
This issue still remain unsolved based on the following fact(s). I did not spend 
$80.00 at the restaurant on May 2,2014. I only purchased one drink which was a 
Long Island Tea for [redacted] that was paid with cash. On April 12,2014, 
I spent a total of $ 131.23 at the restaurant. Therefore, I have [redacted] proof from 
my bank statement to prove this matter. 
I am still awaiting for this matter to be resolved. You may contact me via email, 
[redacted] or thru correspondence at [redacted]

I was absolutly horrified by the service that I recieved at the Conch Rebublic on N Redington Beach on 2/26/2018. I am a local and had highly recommended this place to my family visiting from PA. This is what we received...Oysters, an appetizer delivered with the meal...One of our party got a starting salad..no one else did..this is in addition to the oysters not even being delivered as an appetizer. No manager visited our table. This was really disappointing as I really wanted my family to have a great meal. This establishment will not be recommended in the future and it is highly doubtful that I will return. There are many places on local beaches that are able to deliver much better service than this!

Review: On Friday, May 2, 2014, ** ([redacted] of Conch Republic) verbally commented to my finance' ([redacted]) and I that he was informed by his staff that we "stiff". [redacted] questioned ** and asked what did he mean, he stated that he was informed by his staff member that we have came into the restaurant and do not leave tips. I found this to be very untrue, we spend approximately over $300.00 at the Conch Republic from April 12th thru April April 14th, in addition to supporting a fundraiser that was held at the restaurant on Sunday, April 13, 2014. We gave our waiter cash money for each time we were provided good service on the mentioned dates. Therefore, I found the remark that was made to be very untrue and unprofessional by the [redacted], **.

I emailed the [redacted] on May 5, 2014 as well as May 19, 2014, and I have not heard any response from him, except for an email he sent to me on May 6, 2014 stating that he was investigating the matter and would get back to me. As of the date of this complaint I have not received an email or a telephone call to this matter.Desired Settlement: I ask that [redacted] and I have a personal apology from the [redacted] and his[redacted], ** in person, and a letter explaining why this comment was made toward us. Also, I ask that half of the money we spent in the restaurant be returned back to me.
