I WANT TO THANK CONCIERGE SO MUCH I WAS WITH AIR FOR ONE WEEK THEY CAME TO MY RESCUE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLYI HAVE A ILL HUSBAND WITH CANCER AND I AM NOT WELL MYSELF AND THE HEAT MADE US WORSETHEY ARE TRULY THE BEST AND I WOULD NEVER HAVE ANYBODY ELSE SERVICE MY AIR CONDITIONG THANK YOU

We have been using Concierge Air for a few yearsWe just need a new AC unit*** did a great job, very experienced, professional and reliableThis is the best AC company I have ever usedYou will not go wrong by using Concierge Air

Concierge AC replaced a very old/damaged unit from the roof of my two bed/two bath second homeThru the entire process *** relayed messages to *** and *** would call and walk me thru what he recommended and why, explaining all the things (which were many) I didn't understandThere was also an issue with the roof - *** worked with the roofing company and even acted as my agent for quality control of the roofHe knew that I didn't have any idea what needed to be done nor would I be able to get up there and inspectHe had my best interests first and foremostThe install was a bit more than expected, and he worked very very hard righting the wrongs so the unit would not have issues laterWorking with *** was a treatThe high level of customer service she provides is refreshingI will highly recommend this company to anyone with AC needsOther small businesses should be as dedicated and professional as this one
