did not receive a call back? I am confused because it's been nearly a year and she is just reaching out to us. We have never received a letter from her. My m[redacted]ger at Sugarland has had no recent phone calls from [redacted], nor has my mgr. recently been on vacation. She was out in March for about 5 days, is this when she tried to contact us? Our therapist are trained well on the [redacted]tomy, but they are not Doctors. If a therapist felt she should see a doctor before getting a massage due to what looked like a potential blood clot (by the therapist), it would have been for the safety of [redacted]. In this situation we would have never told her she can no longer get massages, we would have just asked her to see a physician and come back with a dr. note that all is okay to continue with massage. We have not heard from [redacted], until now through the Revdex.com. She is more than welcome to come get a massage and use any remaining credit on her membership. We are in the middle of a POS system change and I need to log into our old software system to get her exact account information. I do not have access to that, but should by tomorrow afternoon. Can you forward me your cancellation notice of your membership. I cannot find anything in writing, which is stated in your contract, we need notice in writing. I have looked through all of our emails searching your name. We always give anyone requesting to cancel membership the email in which to send to.
